Camping food with friends

Camping & friends' trip 

Last March, i went right outside of seoul with my friends for some fresh air. We googled lots of guesthouse. Actually more like pension. We had one baby and one kid as a member. So it was quite hard to find right place at right price range. Then, the babies' mom found this place! So we could go on as our plan. 

First of all, we decided what to eat and what to bring each. Then we all went grocery shopping. 

 

After grocery shopping we were quite exhausted and hungry. So we took a rest for a while in the pension. Then i could wait for others and started to cook simple dishes. Salmon salad and caprese salad. And pancake that my friend cooked at home for us. 

They were great appetizer.

This is one of the major reasons we came  out! We all wanted rest and nice time with friends and delicious food. 

We are all meat lover so bought barbecue a lot. But the beef we bought was terrible so my sister's friend who lives near brought us really delicious beef. She saved us! Grilled shrimps and sausages were great! We ate a lot lol. Such a nice meal!  

 

These were our dessert. 

The honey potato chip was a big hit. It was really hard to get but my friend bought earlier and kept it for our trip haha. 

And the right one is spoon pizza. Put sweet potato instead of dough. And add topping as you like. I put onion, mushroom, corn, sausage, some vegetable, chopped beef and lots of cheese!!! For the sauce, you can put spagetti sauce if you have. If not you can use ketchup and hotsauce.  


This is the special reason why we chose this pension!!! The owner serve breakfast for their guests. If we tell him the number of guests, he cooks for all of them. 

This is dumpling soup! It looks so pretty but taste is even better. We ate them all!

Kids would love it i think. We all could see the warm heart of the owner.

And we all liked it as well. 

We had great breakfast ever for free!

With coffee grinder, we had a nice cup of americano before leaving. 

This pension was not fancy or pretty neither but good place to have our own time away from home. And this delicious breakfast offsets the weakness. 

Ice cream cake for me and babies' birthday and for great dessert ;))
