Gopchang is tripe and chittering in korean. Its very popular and loved menu with alcohol beverage. Many koreans dont or cant eat this one either like my sister. If you eat this at unskilled place, it is very chewy, i mean like gum and the distinctive smell can be interrupting. So i only visit places i have been to.

But this time i had to try new place for my foreign friend who came to Korea. I googled a lot to pick the right menu and place for her. She had never tried this one before, so we decided to eat here. The reason why i chose this restaurant is all because of one picture from my friend's facebook page.
Very crowded with so many people. We had to wait outside of the restaurant.
I am a cheese lover. Especially mozzarella is my favorite. I gained huge weight when i was in the states due to hot cheese sandwich... Soooo good!!
After sliding the cheese, they melt it down with torch right away. It pleases eyes as well.

I think there are a few chittering places in Hongdae area and they are quite well recognized. I think you can visit one of them. This Gyosu Gopchang is one of them. I liked it!
