How to eat meat in korea

Have you ever heard of 삼겹살[sam/ kyup/ sal]? 

This is the most well known pork in korea. It is bacon part of pork. But in korea we dont make this part into bacon. We prefer to roast them over a hot grill. You can say its korean style bacon. This is very ordinary food for ordinary people. Not expensive and you can find this food anywhere in korea. And there is best combination with this. Soju! Korean drink. I will talk about korean drinks later ;))
It is one of the most loved foods in korea so korea even imports this part from other countries. 

Most of my foreign friends who visited korea tried this one and liked it very much. They enjoyed the visual and way to eat it. And flavor too. 

There is a grill on the table. Turn on the fire first and put Samkyupsal on a grill and roast them. Once its cooked, take a lettuce! Why? Because you have to make Ssam! Ssam is the most common way to enjoy korean meat. 
First take lettuce and put Samkyupsal, rice, sauce, grilled garlic and onion and then wrap them all! And eat altogether. You can enjoy the meat better!
