Its is ice flakes! Or shaved ice.
In korean, it is 팥빙수 [pot/ bing/ su].
I dont know exactly when we started to eat this one but pretty sure quite long.
At first you shave ice and put it in a small bowl. Add some red bean sauce, which is very sweet and you can add some milk or chocolate syrup, ice cream, rice cake, jelly, flakes, almonds whatever you want to add!
It will give you wonderful cold rest in hot summer!
These days koreans invented lots of new versions. This melon version was the hottest summer.
