점심시간에 부장님의 인도로 방문하게 된 새로운 맛집! 

매운요리라고 하셔서 기대가 됬는데, 기다리고 있는 많은 사람들을 보니 설렜다ㅋㅋㅋ

Thanks to the manager, we've got to visit new place.
He said it's spicy dish and all the people waiting, i couldn't wait to eat!!!

사람들도 무지하게 많지만 테이블 회전이 굉장히 빠른편이다.

새로운 음식점 치고, 바쁜 점심시간에 대한 노하우가 돋보인다. 

Even though lots of people for lunch, this restaurant has a high customer turnover ratio.
It was impressive to deal with lots of people as a new open place.

불고기를 위한 불판! Hot grill for meat and squid

다 먹으면 불판만 쓱 - 갈고 새로운 손님들을 받나보다.

They change the grill after customers finish their meal.

테이블에는 앞접시와 국그릇들, 수저들과 물이 준비되어 있다.

Personal plates, soup bowls, spoons and chopsticks and water are ready on the table.

바로바로 준비되는 기본 찬. 세가지 반찬은 매일 조금씩 바뀌는 듯 하다.

매운 오징어를 대비해, 주는 것 같은 콩나물과 콩나물국.

Basic side dishes. There three seem to change every time.
Bean sprout which are often served with spicy food and bean sprout soup.

돼지불고기와 오징어불고기를 같이 시켰다. 돼지불고기가 먼저 나온다.

We ordered Bulgogi which is seasoned meat and spicy seasoned squid. Pork serves first.

예열된 판에 돼지불고기를 먼저 굽고나서 익으면 오징어를 올려서 볶으면 된다.

Once the meat are cooked, you can add squid and wait for a bit more.

오징어불고기! Spicy seasoned squid!!!!

이게 바로 불맛나는 매콤한 주인공. 냄새부터가 와우 ㅋㅋㅋ

이미 요리가 되어서 나오기 때문에, 익은 돼지고기에 양념이 베도록 한번 같이 볶아주면 된다.

매운걸 잘 못먹으면, 조금만 넣으면 된다.

This is the main spicy one. Oh the smell... delicious!!!

It's served, all cooked. So once meat are ready, pour the squid and mix them all.

If you don't like spicy food, you can mix only a bit and eat the rest separately.

공기밥은 주문한 양 만큼 주는 듯 하다.

They serve you rice as much as you order.

반찬도 정갈하고 맛있다. 어차피 남기게 되는데, 너무 많이 주지 않아서 좋다.

Side dishes are neat and delicious. We usually leave over much of them.

They don't give too much, and i like that. 

오징어불고기와 돼지불고기를 섞어서 쉐킷 쉐킷

Bulgogi and Ojinguh, squid! Mix and Shake them all!

진짜 내스타일이다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 너무 맛있어서 엄청 먹어대는 바람에...

커피도 못마시고 배가 터지는 줄....

I loved it so much. i ate them all.... forgot to leave room for dessert. 

I couldn't even have a coffee.....

오징어튀김 Fried Squid

부장님 강추 메뉴 ㅋㅋㅋ 테이스티로드에 오징어마늘칩이 나온듯 한데, 이게 훨씬 맛있다고 하셨다. 이렇게 부드러운 오징어튀김은 처음! 겉은 바삭한데 정말 맛있다.

턱관절이 있어서 오징어 같은 질긴 건 먹지 않는데, 이건 정말 또 많이 먹었다 ㅋㅋㅋ

이러니 살이 빠질리가... 또르르...

The manager's strongly recommend menu.
The food show, "Tasty Road" visited this place and had Squid Garlic chip.
But he said this one is much better. I have never tasted this soft fried squid before.
The outside is very crispy and inside is very soft. I don't usually eat squid or chew stuff due to my TMJ jaw problem but i had this fried squid so much. lol. Cannot keep on diet.....

한번 가보고 다음주에도 또 갔다 ㅋㅋㅋ 다음번에도 갈 예정!!!

다음 번에는 우동사리를 넣던지, 아님 밥을 볶아먹어야겠다.
완전 내스타일!!!!

We visited next week again after the first try. Will go again!!!
Next time, i will order extra-adding, noodles or fried rice.
