SULBING 설빙
ice flake place
couple of years ago, this place became very famous. We, koreans always have ice flake, but this place doesn't use just ice, i mean ice made of water. instead, they use milk ice. The only bad thing about this ice flake, korean summer dessert is, it melts down then taste is getting too bland. But this place makes up for the weak point. So this place just got popular and gained huge fame. So they opened lots of other branches fast. But it caused side effect, which is they failed sanitation management of the all branches. So that problem was broadcast on TV so they went through hard time. i want to believe they are okay now since i love ice flake here.
This is "Blueberry cheese ice flake", huge heat menu.
Bingsu means ice flake. it is korean summer dessert representative, i think.
In summer, everyone enjoys it. Sns is covered with unique ice flake pictures.
My sister strongly recommended this menu but when i heard "cheese" i was like, what the .. cheese with ice flake?! yakkkk
but.....oh this is it. you should try. i don't remember where i store the picture of Mango cheese bingsu. you should try one of them.
Melon Bingsu
All the pictures and review are sponsored by my sister, Grace.
She went to Sulbing last week and sent me pictures.
Melon bingsu has been heat menu as well. It totally depends on the Melon's taste. The sad thing is there is no melon at the bottom. it's just bowl.
This is how you eat.
Ice flake, Bingsu, snowflake is must eat dessert in Korea. it doesn't have to be this place. There are much more places to have delicious ice flake. Try!
