Jeju pork place!!
In korea, meat dishes are mostly grilled on the table with fire in it. This is very common style. Good and expensive places use the real wooden fire which strenghtens the flavor of meat and is less harmful.
The brown sauce in the middle is Jeju island style. Jeju island is very well known for horse, haenyeo (female diver), stone. As for the food, black pig, black pork is very famous! And one of my favorites♥︎
Myeongyi vegetable. (Mountain garlic)
This one is also Jeju style. Pork wrapped by mueongyi is sooooo good! They make great harmony.
Lots of side dishes.
Ssam which is wrapping vegetables. Lettuce, cabbage, sesame leaf are most common ssam vegetables.
Pickled radish, pickled onion, garlic, pepper, korean traditional sauce.
파절이 is seasoned chopped green onion. This is also common dish for meat.
물김치 watery kimchi
된장찌개 soybean paste stew and rice
This is good match with galbi (seasoned meat)
These are the Jeju pork!!! So delicious!!!
I am so satisfied to find this good place to eat meat!!! I took my friend and she loved it too ;)) this place is gonna be my regular!
