DEUNGCHON KALGUKSU : mushroom hotpot

DEUNGCHON KALGUKSU 등촌칼국수
mushroom hotpot, my new favorite

My sister found this place and took me once. And ever since we visit here quite often. Considering my childhood... It is huge progress! I didnt eat so many things including mushroom. I think my childhood eating habit that i only ate what i liked made me this short...
If i had eaten as much i do now, i could have grown up so much taller. Lol

Mushroom and water parsley hotpot!

You can add sliced beef.
It is about 6$. I always order this one as well.

Actually the main dish is Kalguksu칼국수. The mushroom and water parsley hotpot comes first and then you eat them first. When there is a little of them left, put noodles inside and boil it again. After you eat noodle, you can ask a clerk to make Bokeumbab 볶음밥, which is fried stir rice. Oh so fulllll. Its quite hard to eat in summer but i dont care!!

Kalguksu for one is 7$ so if you and your friend is having dinner here, order Kalguksu for two and one sliced beef. Then it is 20$ total. You will be soooo full.

Yummy!
