Natural apple juice with no sugar!

In korea, there are some places very famous for specific fruits. As for apple, 청송 (chungsong) is one of them. We have apples called 꿀사과 which means honey apple. It is called like that because it is very very sweet like honey and also has some small parts inside apple that look like injected honey. 

Those high quality fruit are very popular especially at holiday seasons like new year or thanks giving. Its because fruits are must-be on table items.

These days, my favorite drink is this apple juice. My friend's parents have apple orchard at Chungsong. They make apple juice with their own apples and add no sugar. And they dont boil apple to get the juice so it is very clear and fresh. Even without sugar, the juice is very sweet. I put some in the freezer and eat as a dissert. 

In korea we have two different juices which are 즙 and 주스(juice). But in english it is kinda same word, juice. 

One is the liquid from watery stuff, which is same definition as juice and the other is concentrate (즙). Usually we drink onion concentrate which is really good for health, grape, apple, pear. To get fruit concentrate, it is common to boil them. So taste gets little different. We consider the fruit concentrate more healthy than juice because of no additives.
